BBQ Pork Ribs
Sweet & smoky BBQ recipe, which works well as finger-food
Ingredients
- 2kg pork belly ribs
- 2tbsp bbq sauce
- 2tbsp ketchup
- 2tbsp hendersons relish
- ½ bottle red wine
- 3-4tsp honey
- 2tsp fresh rosemary
- 2tsp oregano
- flour
- salt
- ground black pepper
Equipment
- Large bowl
- Clingfilm or lid for bowl
- Fridge space
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients except wine thoroughly in large bowl.
- Place the ribs in the sauce and mix around until well covered.
- Pour in wine to cover the mixture.
- Fridge for at least 3 hours (or overnight).
- Cook on BBQ or grill for 20-25mins turning frequently.
