Just for a change, here’s a quick post on how to make a delicious and little known cocktail known as a Big Red Hooter (looking online most recipes involve Tequila – this cocktail is much tastier than those)

  • Take a pint glass.
  • Pour 25ml of Midori Melon liqueur into the bottom
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes
  • Gently pour 25ml vodka which should settle mostly above the midori
  • Fill the glass to 3/4 full with an equal mix of orange and cranberry juice (pour both simultaneously)
  • Pour a 25ml ‘ring’ of Cherry brandy on top
  • Top up to nearly full with approx 1/4 can redbull
  • Top off with a 25ml ‘ring’ of Galiano

Serve with a straw.
